This group is in the brainstorm stage of developing. I know there are veterans like me who would like to socialize with other veterans. Personally I don't drink, so I would appreciate a group of people who doesn't focus on that. It doesn't matter when you served, there are only certain things that a fellow veteran can understand. So is there any interest? What would you like to see in a group such as this?

The Signal Soldiers and Veterans Opportunities Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering opportunities for the men and woman who served in our armed forces in a signals or communications capacity. We get together and network, have pizza, good times and learn from speakers who have successfully transitioned into the private business and government contracting industries (eg. cybersecurity) -- how they did it, how you can do it and how we can help each other succeed.
